- Login to your Website (ECPbuilder).
- Select
on the left-hand sidebar. - Hover over the form you want to view submissions for and select
- Select the submission you would like to view.
- You can add notes by scrolling down to the
section. - You can print the submission by locating the
on the right-hand side of the screen and selecting
