Staff members are updated through GSP, there are a few ways to get there. 


Option 1 - Through GetSetPro:

  • Log into your GetSetPro account

  • Click on “Our Team


Option 2 - Through WordPress: 

  • Hover over GetSetPro in the black menu across the top of the page - choose “Doctors & Staff” 


UPDATING A STAFF MEMBER/DOCTOR

  • Once on the “Our Team” page you will see all the staff members that have been added to the site, both those that are set as public and private (staff members that are set as private will not show on live site and are shaded out):

  • Choose the staff member/doctor you wish to update by clicking on them, This will open up their profile. 

    • You can remove them from the site by changing the “Publish” option to “Private”

  • Make any modifications to the team member such as add/change the staff members position and/or bio and photo as needed

  • After changes are made - Click the Blue “Save” button in the bottom right hand corner 


TO ADD A NEW STAFF MEMBER:

  • Click on the Blue “Create” button in Top Right Corner:

            

  • Choose the type of staff member (Doctor or Staff) and add in employee’s name (and Prefix/Suffix if needed) - Click Continue

           

  • Add staff member's photo and biography on the next page, and click the blue “Save” button on the bottom of the page.
