Step 1: Navigate to Account Settings
- Log into your Yelp for Business account.
- Select Log in or Verify my free listing if you do not already have access to your account.
- From a claimed account, use your username and password to log in.
Step 2: Access Account Settings
- Go to the Account Settings section.
- Click on the icon on the far right, then select 'account settings" the dropdown menu.
Step 3: Edit User Management
- Select Edit under User Management.
Step 4: Select Location
- If you have more than one location, select the desired location.
Step 5: Invite User
- Invite
[email protected]
as a user.
Step 6: Send the Invitation
- Click Send Invite.
To complete the process, the new user must click on "Accept Invitation" in the email they receive from Yelp.
Once they accept your invitation, the new user will have the same level of access as you do to the selected business page(s). This includes the ability to update business information, purchase ads using existing payment information, change payment information, and grant access to other users.
