There are 3 different ways to get more Google Reviews using the Reviews optimizer. 

1. Manual requests

2. From EHR with Manual approval

3. From EHR with automated requests

How to get there?

Go to the Review optimizer and on the top right side of the screen, click Settings.

Choose Review Settings.

Then choose

1. From EHR with automated requests

2. 240 minutes delay, and click save.
