Manual Review Requests
- Go to "Reviews" in your PatientEngage (formerly GetSetPro) dashboard.
- Click
- Enter email addresses or phone numbers to send review requests to.

- Optional - Customize the text of your review request (Do not change the "PRACTICE-NAME" and "LINK" sections).

- Note - Repeat requests (within 12 months) will be flagged. To override and request again, select

Enable Automated Review Requests (*Recommended)
- Go to "Reviews" in your PatientEngage (formerly GetSetPro) dashboard.

Edit
to change the 120-minute default delay before the review request is sent.
Cancel an Automated Review Request
Front office staff can easily stop an automated review from going out to a specific patient.
- Go to "Reviews" in your PatientEngage (formerly GetSetPro) dashboard.
- Find the review you'd like to cancel under the
header. - Click Cancel
on the review request you want to block.
