- Optional - Select to narrow down reviews to only those that still need a reply
- Select to auto-generate a HIPAA-compliant reply to a review
- Optional - Select to choose a different auto-generated reply
- Optional - Enter your own custom reply to replace the auto-generated reply
- Select when done
Reply to Reviews Automatically (Recommended!)

- Customize your review response library
- For manual and automated replies
- Go to "Reviews" in your GetSetPro dashboard
- Select and then "Manage Replies"
- Select to edit an existing reply
- OR select for a new reply
- Select to set review stars for this reply
- Optional - Select to only use this reply where the reviewer left a comment
- Edit or insert text for your auto-reply
- Select when done
