  1. Go to "Reviews" in your GetSetPro dashboard
  2. Optional - Select  to narrow down reviews to only those that still need a reply
  3. Select  to auto-generate a HIPAA-compliant reply to a review
  4. Optional - Select to choose a different auto-generated reply
  5. Optional - Enter your own custom reply to replace the auto-generated reply
  6. Select  when done


Reply to Reviews Automatically (Recommended!)

-Automatic replies to 4 and 5 star reviews

-Uses a library of responses to not be repetitive

-Still requires you to answer to negative reviews manually

- For manual and automated replies

  1. Go to "Reviews" in your GetSetPro dashboard
  2. Select  and then "Manage Replies"
  3. Select to edit an existing reply
  4. OR select  for a new reply
  5. Select to set review stars for this reply
  6. Optional - Select to only use this reply where the reviewer left a comment
  7. Edit or insert text for your auto-reply
  8. Select  when done
  9. Optional - Select  to remove an auto-reply
