Steps

  1. Go to "Reviews" in your PatientEngage (formerly GetSetPro) dashboard.
  2. Select  and then "Manage Replies".
  3. Select to edit an existing reply.
  4. OR select to new reply.
  5. Select to set review stars for this reply.
  6. Optional - Selectto only use this reply where the reviewer left a comment.
  7. Edit or insert text for your auto-reply.
  8. Select  when done.
  9. Optional - Select  to remove an auto-reply
