- Go to "Reviews" in your PatientEngage (formerly GetSetPro) dashboard.
- Select
and then "Manage Replies". - Select
to edit an existing reply. - OR select

to set review stars for this reply. - Optional - Select
to only use this reply where the reviewer left a comment. - Edit or insert text for your auto-reply.
