Steps
- Go to "Reviews" in your PatientEngage (formerly GetSetPro) dashboard.
- Select  and then "Manage Replies". and then "Manage Replies".
- Select to edit an existing reply. to edit an existing reply.
- OR select to new reply. to new reply.
- Select to set review stars for this reply. to set review stars for this reply.
- Optional - Select to only use this reply where the reviewer left a comment. to only use this reply where the reviewer left a comment.
- Edit or insert text for your auto-reply.
- Select  when done. when done.
- Optional - Select  to remove an auto-reply to remove an auto-reply
