How to Schedule a Campaign in GetSetPro
The Campaigns feature in GetSetPro enables eye care practitioners to effortlessly schedule marketing campaigns that connect with patients through various channels, including email and social media platforms like Google Business Profile. This step-by-step guide will walk you through mastering campaign scheduling with ease.
- Access the Campaigns Dashboard
a. From the Dashboard, navigate to the Marketing section.
b. Click the Campaigns feature. - Explore the Campaigns Dashboard
In the Campaigns Dashboard, you’ll see campaigns categorized into:
- Live Campaigns- Future Campaigns
- Past Campaigns
You can browse campaigns or use the to locate a specific one. Add a New Campaign
To schedule a new campaign, you have two options:
Option 1: Clicking the Add Campaign button:
When you click the , a dropdown menu will appear, allowing you to select the month in which you want to schedule your campaign.
Option 2: Adding a Campaign via the "Future Campaigns" Section:In the "Future Campaigns" section, each month displays its scheduled campaigns. If a month has no campaign yet, you'll see an "Add Campaign" option.
Select a campaign from the available templates by either manually browsing through the categories or using the to quickly locate a specific campaign. These templates are grouped into:
- Featured Campaigns
- New Campaigns
- Optical & Technology
- Sales & Promotions
- Eye Health
- Holidays & Seasonal
- Promote Eye Exams
- All
Note: Campaigns are organized based on their popularity for the selected month and specific category.Preview the Campaign
After selecting a campaign, you’ll see a detailed preview of all or some of the included materials:
- Landing Page
- Email Template
- Campaign Poster
- Facebook Cover
- Facebook Posts
- Google Business Profile (GBP) Posts
- Instagram Post
If the campaign meets your needs, click theConfigure Campaign Settings
- Start and End Date
Specify the start and end dates for your campaign. These dates define when your materials will go live across channels.
Note: The date is typically pre-filled, usually covering the start and end of the month.
- Confirm Campaign Channels
Choose the channels you want to include in the campaign:
- Email Channel Settings
You have several options for managing the email channel:
EHR Automated
If you’re using the Ninja EHR system, contact GetSetPro support to enable the automated email service.
Uploaded List
Upload your own list of email contacts for this campaign.
3rd Party Systems
Select your preferred system from the dropdownApproval Setting (OPTIONAL)
If the campaign requires further approval, selectFinalize and Schedule
Once all settings are complete:
a. Review your campaign settings.
b. Clickt to confirm.
