Scheduling a Campaign
- Open the "Campaigns" feature in your PatientEngage (formerly GetSetPro) dashboard.
- Click
or choose Add Campaign from the "Future Campaigns" section. - Use the dropdown menu to select the month you’d like to schedule the campaign for.
- Select a campaign template.
- Use
and
tto view assets in your campaign. - Click

- Optional - Set start/end dates (auto-filled for monthly campaigns).
- Optional - Modify channel settings.
- Click
to activate your campaign.
Editing a Campaign
- Open "Campaigns" feature in your PatientEngage (formerly GetSetPro) dashboard.
- Choose the scheduled campaign you want to edit.
- Select a channel to make changes.
- Optional - Click
to add an email. - Optional - Click
to preview your changes.
Canceling a Campaign
- Open "Campaigns" feature in your PatientEngage (formerly GetSetPro) dashboard.
- Choose the scheduled campaign you want to cancel.
- Click
to cancel the campaign.
