Add Appointment Recall
- Go to "Recalls & Reminders" in your GetSetPro dashboard
- Select from the table 
- Select to add new message template 
- Add the message template name to this field
- Select to add the message template name 
- Select to cancel the new message template name 
- Set the schedule of the message 
- Set the series of the message 
- Select what type of communication to be used 
- Select to preview the message template 
- Select to save the message template in Appointment Recall 
Edit Appointment Recall
- Go to "Recalls & Reminders" in your GetSetPro dashboard
- Select from the table 
- Select to set the status of the message to active or inactive 
- Select to update the message template name 
- Edit the schedule of the message  
- Edit the series of the message  
- Edit the type of communication to be used 
- Optional  - Click to delete the message template 
- Select to preview the message template 
- Select to save the edited message template in Appointment Recall 
Appointment Recall Settings
- Go to "Recalls & Reminders" in your GetSetPro dashboard
- Select from the table 
- Select to set the Appointment Recall message template to active 
- Select to set the Appointment Recall message template to inactive
