Add Product Pickup

  1. Go to "Recalls & Reminders" in your GetSetPro dashboard
  2. Select from the table
  3. Select  to add new message template
  4. Add the message template name to this field
  5. Select to add the message template name
  6. Select  to cancel the new message template name
  7. Set the schedule of the message 
  8. Set the series of the message 
  9. Select what type of communication to be used 
  10. Select  to preview the message template
  11. Select  to save the message template in Product Pickup


Edit Product Pickup

  1. Go to "Recalls & Reminders" in your GetSetPro dashboard
  2. Select from the table
  3. Select  to set the status of the message to active or inactive
  4. Select  to update the message template name
  5. Edit the schedule of the message 
  6. Edit the series of the message 
  7. Edit the type of communication to be used
  8. Optional  - Click  to delete the message template
  9. Select  to preview the message template
  10. Select  to save the edited message template in Product Pickup


Product Pickup Settings

  1. Go to "Recalls & Reminders" in your GetSetPro dashboard
  2. Select from the table
  3. Select  to set the Product Pickup message template to active
  4. Select to set the Product Pickup message template to inactive
