Select a Practice Group or CS/MM

  1. Go to "EHR Reports" in GetSetPro Admin dashboard
  2. Use the dropdown to select the practice group you want to view
  3. Use the dropdown to filter by specific CSs or MMs

Review the Dashboard Summary

  1. Go to "EHR Reports" in GetSetPro Admin dashboard
  2. The top area is the summaries for Work Well and Alerts metrics
  3. Listed are the following metrics for Working Well
    • Last EHR Sync
      Last EHR SyncScheduler Appointments
      Write Back
      Reviews Sent
      Email Campaigns
      Google Reserve
  4. Listed are the following metrics for Alerts
    • Delayed EHR Sync (1-4 days or 5+ days)
      Write Back Failures
      Disruptions in Reviews, Scheduler, or Campaigns
      Google Reserve Issues

Investigate Active Alerts

  1. Go to "EHR Reports" in GetSetPro Admin dashboard
  2. Click on any alert category to expand and view the practices or locations affected by performance issues
    Example:
    • • A practice might have failed to sync data for over 5 days
      • Write-back errors indicate that data updates are not being transmitted to the EHR system.

Review Practice-Level Data

  1. Go to "EHR Reports" in GetSetPro Admin dashboard
  2. Scroll down to the Practice Table to see detailed performance information for each practice
  3. Practice Table Key Metrics
    • Last EHR Sync: When the latest successful data sync occurred
      Scheduler Appointment: Status of the last scheduled appointment
      Write Back: Success or failure of writing data back to the EHR system
      Reviews Sent: Number of processed patient reviews
      Email Campaigns: Status and performance of marketing emails

Optional: Search for Specific Practices

  1. Go to "EHR Reports" in GetSetPro Admin dashboard
  2. Use the at the top of the Practice Table to quickly locate a practice by name or keyword

Optional: Export the Report

  1. Go to "EHR Reports" in GetSetPro Admin dashboard
  2. Click the to download the full EHR report in CSV format
