Review the Dashboard Summary
- Go to "Social Reports" in GetSetPro Admin dashboard
- Listed are the following metrics for Performance Metrics
- • Facebook Total: Total posts published on Facebook
• Instagram Total: Total posts published on Instagram
• Google Clicks: Interactions generated from Google Business Profiles
• Location Posts: Total number of social posts across all practice locations
• Total Interactions: Combined social engagement across platforms
- • Facebook Total: Total posts published on Facebook
- Listed are the following metrics for Alerts
- • No Interactions: Practices or locations with no engagement on social media posts
• Posting Issues: Alerts related to failed or incomplete post publications
- • No Interactions: Practices or locations with no engagement on social media posts
Investigate Active Alerts
- Go to "Social Reports" in GetSetPro Admin dashboard
- Click on an alert to view the specific practices or locations affected
Example: - Expand the alert to see details about the issue
Review Practice-Level Data
- Go to "Social Reports" in GetSetPro Admin dashboard
- Scroll down to the practice data table
- Each row contains metrics such as:
- • City: The practice's location
• FB Likes, Comments, Shares: Breakdown of interactions on Facebook
• IG Metrics: Interactions on Instagram
• Google Clicks: Number of clicks from Google posts
- • City: The practice's location
Optional: Search for Specific Practices
- Go to "Social Reports" in GetSetPro Admin dashboard
- Use the
